This is a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. It is a rear mid-engined sports car by Italian Automobile Manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. It was named after a fighting bull. The Original Aventador was launched in 2011 at the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) to replace the Murciélago as their new flagship model. By 2016 Lamborghini had built 5,000 Aventadors. The SVJ version was unveiled at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, It was a more track focused version of the Aventador S. The SVJ stood for Super Veloce Jota.
It was originally designed by Filippo Perini whereas the S version was designed by Mitja Borkert. The Aventador features the iconic scissor doors which is also known as “Lambo doors” as it was in almost all the flagship Lamborghini models and it opens upwards. The car shape is heavily inspired by the limited-edition Reventón and Estoque concept car. In the rear the two exhausts are placed at the centre. The rear wing is made of carbon-fibre and it has three mounting points due to it's size along with some flaps which are part of Lamborghini's Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA) system. This allows the car to achieve 40% more downforce than the Aventador SV and 1% reduction in the coefficient of drag. The system adds aerodynamic components to the car including a disconnected front splitter, tri-dimensional air outlet on the bonnet, a large carbon fibre rear wing with a central fin, underbody aero design with vortex generators, and a large rear diffuser. The system works in conjunction with Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Attiva 2.0 (LDVA 2.0) management system, which uses inertial sensors to control the car's aero in 500 milliseconds. On the sides of the car there are air intakes which allow the air to go to the engine to cool it down. The wheels are centre-locked wheels.
As you open the door you see that the door panels are made of carbon-fibre which helps in weight reduction. The door handles are not on the door instead it's near the seats not on the doors. The seats on this car are carbon-fibre race-seats. On the centre control stack the start/stop button is under a flap. Most of the driver controls are on the steering wheels and some are on the centre control stack. The guage cluster is digital to give all the important functions and it is somewhat derived from the Reventón.
The SVJ is powered by a reworked 6.5L L539 V12 engine mated with a 7-speed single-clutch automated manual built by Graziano Transmissioni which shifts gears in 50milli-seconds. It generates a power of 759HP at 5800rpm and 720Nm (531lb-ft) of torque at 6750rpm. It uses carbon-fibre extensively to save weight and titanium exhaust system and saves 1525kg (3362lb) of weight. It can go from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in 2.8s and has a top speed of over 219mph (352km/h). It uses 20inch front and 21inch rear wheels with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres with centre locking.
